This was a major rehab across the street from the lake – new windows, siding, walls, flooring, kitchen and bathroom. The new owner was thrilled, as were the neighbors!
We took this house from a 1200 square foot cottage to a 2500 square foot family home, and upgraded heating, plumbing and electrical throughout along the way. The new dock was the best feature, though!
These homeowners needed lots of things fixed and changed before they moved in to their new home in Natick. We converted a large entry into a private studio with new walls, installed a new front door, fixed many things in the kitchen including installing a new sink, and painted the interior.
We built a custom deck for better views of the horse paddock on this small farm in Hopkinton. Also fixed the chicken coop, repaired fences and doors on the barns
We’ve been back here a number of times for everything from small repairs and general maintenance to a bathroom and basement rehab. Gutter cleaning, roof repair, new doors on the shed, new storm doors on all doors, new stairs with a larger landing… and of course, a fabulous new dock when theirs needed to be replaced!
Another one on the lake, we recarpeted and painted throughout, put in a new bathroom, replaced some windows and doors, installed new closet doors, cleaned gutters, powerwashed the deck, and put in their new dock just in time for summer.
